PROSECUTOR SAYS MX TRACK BOUGHT WITH STOLEN PROCEEDS!
April 22, 2019 ~ Multiple news sources are reporting that Scott Roskovski, owner of Switchback MX in Clay Township and a former 20-year detective in the Butler County District Attorney’s office was arrested and faces a 37-count indictment. Both Scott and his wife Stephanie Roskovski of Center Township were taken into federal custody Friday in the U.S. Court in Pennsylvania.
They disgraced pair appeared in federal court, where they sat with their legs shackled before federal Judge Robert Mitchell in Pittsburgh.
U.S. Attorney Scott W. Brady said that the Roskovskis‘ acted together between 2011 and 2017 to defraud the Butler Health System of more than $1.3 million.
Brady said counts one through 23 in the indictment allege that the couple conspired to defraud Butler Health System by submitting requests to Butler Memorial Hospital for alleged business-related expenses that were used or planned to be used for personal expenditures.
Among the purchases made using the stolen funds was Switchback MX property in 2015, lavish family vacations, household furnishings and concert and event tickets.
